If you are having a problem logging into CoverMe, follow these steps to request your password
Here's how to reset your password:
- Click here or alternatively click "Forgot Password?" link on the CoverMe login page.
- Type in your UserName and click Request Reset Link.
- Check your email inbox for an email from CoverMe Support (firstname.lastname@example.org).
- Follow the instructions provided in the email.
If you don't receive an email, be sure to check your spam folder. If it's still not there, click on green icon in the lower right of the screen to speak with someone on the team. We'll be happy to assist you!
